PRACTICAL TRAVEL INFORMATION

Language: Spanish (English is widely spoken in Santa Teresa).
Currency: Costa Rican Colón (CRC) and US Dollars (USD) are accepted everywhere.
Visa Requirements: Citizens of the US, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, and many other nations receive a tourist entry stamp for up to 90–180 days without needing a pre-arranged visa. (Check official Costa Rican immigration guidelines before departure).
Getting Here: International flights arrive into San José International Airport (SJO). From San José, our group transfer includes a scenic drive and ferry crossing across the Gulf of Nicoya directly to Santa Teresa.

15-DAY SURF CAMP PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Day 1: Arrival in San José, hotel check-in, and welcome dinner.
Day 2: Scenic transfer and ferry to Santa Teresa; camp welcome party.
Days 3–4: Morning surf coaching sessions, beach debriefs, and photo analysis.
Day 5: Day trip exploring the breathtaking Montezuma Waterfalls and tide pools.
Days 6–8: Coached surf sessions, wave theory lectures, video review, and sunset drinks at Banana Beach.
Day 9: Rest and free surf day; sunset at Playa Hermosa.
Day 10: Guided night kayak expedition among glowing bioluminescent plankton.
Days 11–14: High-performance surf coaching, fine-tuning turns, and farewell camp celebration at Habanero Beach.
Day 15: Breakfast, transfer to San José Airport (SJO), and departure.
