Cancellation Policy

• If you have booked any services and, for any reason, are unable to attend or use them:

A) If the cancellation is made less than two weeks before the check-in date or the first lesson, the deposit is non-refundable.

B) If the cancellation is made more than two weeks before the check-in date or the first lesson, the deposit will be refunded minus the payment system commission fee.

• It is possible to reschedule your booking to other dates if you notify us no later than two weeks before the start of the services.
• It is possible to change the name on the booking at any time before the services begin.
• In case of cancellation of accommodation in the booked camp/school for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
• In case of cancellation of lessons or any other services of the school for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
• No refunds are provided for unused accommodation days, lessons, or any other services for any reason.
