Climbing Mount Agung
Climbing Agung is a chance to see all of Bali spread out before you from the summit of the highest volcano on the island (3,031 m)
This is an experience not everyone will dare to take on, but everyone who makes the climb says it was worth every effort.
Don’t worry about safety: experienced local guides will be with us every step of the way, ensuring comfort and support.
On the way up we will enjoy the changing natural zones: we start in tropical forest, which gives way to sparse shrubland, and by the end of the ascent there is nothing around us but rocks and mysterious lunar landscapes. When we reach the summit, a sunrise awaits us that you will never forget — with hot tea, breakfast, and a powerful rush of dopamine (we made it!).
This is a climb for brave and determined people with good physical fitness. It takes 7–8 hours one way, with the descent taking roughly the same amount of time.
