In just one single lesson, you will discover the magic of wave riding and see if surfing is your new lifelong passion. You will start with essential ocean safety rules—learning with real equipment. During the theory briefing, you will understand how waves break, how rip currents work and how to navigate them safely, and demystify common ocean misconceptions.
Your certified coach demonstrates step-by-step pop-up mechanics. After a few practice drills on simulator mats, you will be popping up with balance and control.
Your coach selects the perfect board for your body size and takes you to the pool to practice proper prone positioning and efficient paddling technique.
Then it is time for the ocean! Your first session takes place in the safe chest-deep white water. With your instructor right beside you, you will catch and ride your very first wave to the beach. Safe, exhilarating, and unforgettable.
